Amateur Radio Parity Act

SAARS supports passage of the Amateur Radio Parity Act. This Act, when passed, will allow amateur radio operators to erect reasonable antennas at residences covered by HOAs, COAs and CCRs. To learn more about this act and help support its passage, please visit our Amateur Radio Parity Act page.
